1. Online Admission Application. Start by completing the official application form on the Aleph University website. It takes about 20 minutes and gives our team the initial context we need to begin evaluating your profile.
2. Government-Issued ID. A digital copy of any valid, photo-bearing government ID: passport, national identity card, or driver’s license.
3. University Diploma. A digital copy of your bachelor’s degree diploma or its equivalent. We accept degrees from accredited institutions worldwide.
4. Official Academic Transcripts. A digital transcript issued by your undergraduate institution showing the courses you completed and the grades you received. This helps us understand your academic background in context.
5. Minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree at an accredited institution with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. For the MS in Medical Devices, Regulatory Affairs and Health Information Technologies, your undergraduate degree should be in engineering, science, mathematics, or a related technology field.
6. Aleph Admission Exam. A multiple-choice assessment developed by the university, not a standardized test. It’s designed to evaluate your aptitude for the specific academic program you’re applying to, and it takes roughly 45 minutes to complete.
7. Personal Statement. A written statement explaining why you’ve chosen this program and how it connects to your professional goals. This is your opportunity to give our admissions committee a full picture of your motivation and vision.
8. Admission Interview. A one-on-one conversation with the Director of Admissions. This is the final step, and often the most valuable. It’s a chance for us to understand your profile, ask follow-up questions, and for you to ask us anything about the program.
