Overview

In FDA-regulated industries, the best technical and regulatory frameworks fail if the team does not function. A 510(k) submission coordinates engineering, quality, clinical, regulatory and commercial; a CAPA crosses production, quality, engineering and post-market surveillance.

This 16-hour Professional Certificate Course introduces leadership theory (transformational, servant, situational), communication and active listening with role-play, high-performance team dynamics, and conflict styles and resolution frameworks, treating leadership as a professional competency, not an optional soft skill.

The Introductory course prepares participants for the Advanced level (HUM-510-A), where goal-setting and accountability, project management, leadership in regulated industries and leadership in change and crisis are developed in depth.

What you will learn
Apply transformational, servant and situational leadership frameworks to professional scenarios.
Analyze a team’s dynamics and identify interventions to improve its performance.
Evaluate communication strategies for difficult conversations.
Differentiate conflict styles and select appropriate resolution approaches.
Communicate leadership reasoning to mixed audiences.
