Overview

Building on the leadership and team foundation of the Introductory level, this Advanced course develops the accountability, project-management and crisis-leadership disciplines that regulated work demands.

This 32-hour Professional Certificate Course covers SMART goals, OKRs and accountability structures; project-management fundamentals applied to regulatory submissions and quality-system initiatives; the role of leadership in compliance, patient safety and organizational excellence under FDA (ISO 9001:2015 §5 and ISO 13485:2016 §5, Management Responsibility); and leadership in change and crisis (recall, FDA inspection).

By the end, participants have drafted a personal leadership-philosophy statement and built a project-management plan for a hypothetical regulatory or quality initiative.

Certificate of Completion

Participants who meet the course completion requirements receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Aleph University.
