The Advanced level of the Aleph Food Regulation course track is for professionals who already have the FDA food framework vocabulary covered at orientation depth and need to develop the applied skills the industry expects: authoring a HACCP plan for a chosen process; authoring a HARPC plan and a complete Food Safety Plan under 21 CFR Part 117 (hazard analysis, preventive controls, monitoring, corrective actions, verification, supply-chain program, recall plan); conducting label review under 21 CFR Part 101 (statement of identity, net quantity of contents, ingredient declaration, Nutrition Facts, allergen labeling under FALCPA and the FASTER Act, claims); planning FSVP supplier verification for a chosen imported ingredient; reviewing dietary-supplement labels under DSHEA with attention to structure / function claims and the required disclaimer; analyzing FDA recall cases for root-cause patterns; and authoring an integrated food regulatory plan as a portfolio-grade deliverable.

This 32-hour Professional Certificate Course builds directly on the 16-hour Introductory level (`RAQ-655-I`). It does not repeat the food-regulation vocabulary orientation. Where the Introductory level identifies HACCP and HARPC, the Advanced level authors plans for a chosen process. Where the Introductory level identifies 21 CFR Part 101, the Advanced level conducts a label review on a chosen product. The course is organized around a chosen-product cumulative deliverable arc — the participant selects a food or dietary-supplement product in Module 1, builds regulatory content on it across Modules 2 through 8, and integrates everything into a capstone regulatory plan in Module 9.

Graduates of the Advanced course are positioned for senior applied work in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Food Safety, Labeling, and Import-Compliance roles at food and beverage manufacturers; at dietary-supplement manufacturers; at importers and distributors; and at consultancies serving the food industry. The integrated food regulatory plan produced during the course is a portfolio-grade artifact.

Participants who meet the course completion requirements receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Aleph University.
