Leadership, Teamwork and Principles of Success Seminar: Advanced
Develop goal-setting and accountability, project management for regulatory submissions and quality initiatives, leadership in regulated industries and leadership in change and crisis, closing with a personal leadership philosophy.
Recommended prerequisite: completion of the Introductory level for this training, or relevant professional experience subject to Aleph University review.
Building on the leadership and team foundation of the Introductory level, this Advanced course develops the accountability, project-management and crisis-leadership disciplines that regulated work demands.
This 32-hour Professional Certificate Course covers SMART goals, OKRs and accountability structures; project-management fundamentals applied to regulatory submissions and quality-system initiatives; the role of leadership in compliance, patient safety and organizational excellence under FDA (ISO 9001:2015 §5 and ISO 13485:2016 §5, Management Responsibility); and leadership in change and crisis (recall, FDA inspection).
By the end, participants have drafted a personal leadership-philosophy statement and built a project-management plan for a hypothetical regulatory or quality initiative.
The Advanced course connects accountability, project management and crisis leadership, preparing participants to lead multidisciplinary teams through submissions, CAPAs, recalls and FDA inspections.
Participants who meet the course completion requirements receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Aleph University.
