This 16-hour Professional Certificate Course introduces formal ethical theory (deontology, consequentialism, virtue ethics), values-based and servant leadership, patient safety and product effectiveness as an ethical foundation, and the identification and management of conflicts of interest, including 21 CFR Part 54 financial disclosure.

The Introductory course prepares participants for the Advanced level (HUM-500-A), where off-label promotion, data integrity, whistle-blower accountability and professional codes of conduct are developed in depth.

The Introductory course gives professionals across devices, pharma and combination products the formal ethical frameworks needed to make defensible decisions under pressure, rather than relying on intuition.

Participants who meet the course completion requirements receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Aleph University.
